Linux OVS-dpdk and multiqueue support Introduce dpdk support for linux OVS configuration. It configures dpdk interface bind, ovs dpdk ports, bonding, parameters for dpdk cpu pmd and set multique queues for specific ovs dpdk interfaces. Use items() instead of iteritems() for Python3 compatibility. iteritems() was dropped in recent Python3 releases and items() is compatible with Python 2.7.
