- in inspec >= 3.0.0 there are changes in schema
	  which require to have tests/integration dir
	  to contain tests, otherwise fails
	- this is temporary workaround until we decide
	  proper fix

There is no retry feature for cmd.run modulte in 2016 salt.
We need to add retry during installation on pipeline level.

Optimize 'noservices' condition

In mongodb 2.6.10, when oplog appears in mongodb.conf, service doesnt start up

comment verbose logging in conf

Added tests script and sample pillar, Kitchen tests and Travis

* use grains.fqdn and localhost

* use server.bind.port intead of default
