Vagrant Updates:

* add Vagrant temp files to .gitignore
	* Update Vagrant Basebox to bento/ubuntu-18.04 (bento images deliver better Vagrant integration)
	* Update Vagrant setup-salt.sh to use the current salt bootstrap script.
